EN10219 spiral welded pipe

EN10219 spiral welded pipe is used for welded structure hollow sections. Spiral welded pipe with spiral welded seam by double submerged arc welding to form the steel plates/coils into one pipe. Compare to EN10219 ERW/LSAW/seamless pipes the advantage is the low products cost and high Material yield, with the large diameter and longer extent.

EN10219 spiral welded pipe all the welded seams are 100% tested by X-ray. Hydrostatic test is not necessary due to the application of structural purpose.
